The “Big Bash League”, or BBL, is the franchise T20 cricket league of Cricket Australia (CA). The first edition of this tournament started in the 2011–12 season. Eight teams are participating in this tournament. They are Adelaide Strikers, Brisbane Heat, Hobart Hurricanes, Melbourne Renegades, Melbourne Stars, Perth Scorchers, Sydney Sixers, & Sydney Thunder.
